Robotic Grinding, Finishing & Cleaning for Cast Iron Parts
Shot Blasting for Surface Cleaning
Sandblasting is one of the finishing processes we use to clean and prepare the surface of castings. We remove residue, rust, and burrs by blasting abrasive materials at high pressure. This process prepares the surface for painting or coating, improves its aesthetic appearance, and extends the life of the material by preventing corrosion.
Robotic and Manual Grinding (Fettling)
Complex and heavy gray iron castings and ductile iron castings are ground using high-tech grinding devices.
The new generation robots that can produce its own solutions that in the grinding process save time and material consumption, which enables more efficient use of manpower and increases productivity.
Surface Finishing Options
Upon our customers’ special requests, casting painting is applied as one of the final stages of the foundry process. Special paints are applied to the surface of cast parts to provide a protective and aesthetic coating. This process protects the parts from corrosion and enhances their durability against environmental impacts. We also provide e-coated (KTL) components.
