Casting Design & Engineering Services for Optimal Performance
Our foundry and processing engineers are ready to guide and assist our business partners in designing the lowest cost and fastest solution on the way to mass production.
Co-Design Support and Advanced Casting Simulation
We support our business partners for design optimization and material selection with CAD/CAM programs and casting simulation software. This way, we eliminate potential technical issues from the outset.
Critical area analysis is performed using static analysis simulations. Our Co-Design support includes process changes from forging to gray iron casting and ductile iron casting, material changes from aluminum and steel to cast iron, material optimization in cast iron, and machined part design recommendations.
Tool Shop ;
We produce casting patterns, core boxes and machining fixtures in our own tool shop. This advantage provides our business partners with low investment cost, speed and flexibility.
3D Printer;
By using the 3D sand printing method for metal casting, we eliminate the need for models and core boxes used in traditional methods, providing cost and time advantages in the production of low-volume prototype complex special parts. The complex and precise geometric parts, prototypes or low-volume custom parts you need are now produced faster and more cost-effectively with the 3D printer casting method.
We are working hard to do better “We have a ministry-approved R&D center and an independent R&D foundry”
