Our CNC Equipment
More than 45 automated machining centers and lathes efficiently process castings ready for assembly. Our machining shop is equipped with CNC Machiness that guarantees maximum precision and efficiency, from our DMG MORI NHX6300 and DMG MORI NHX6300 machines to our Kitamura and Doosan automated units.
With our automatic cnc machines, we have the capacity to process parts made of gray cast iron and ductile iron weighing between between 0.66 lb and 407.85 lb and up to 39.37 inches in size. (0.3 kg and 185 kg and up to 1000 mm)

Our cast iron CNC machined parts are used in especially the automotive and agricultural, hydraulic pumps and compressors, rail systems, construction equipment, robotic automation, defense and many sector. Tolerances and Quality
We utilize advanced technologies such as Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), Contourgraphs, and surface roughness measuring instruments in our machining center. We meticulously inspect each cast iron machined part for dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and adherence to specified tolerances.
